bump
Pretty simple. Just unbolt the fork right behind the brakes. Unbolt the brake line from the stock shock, then unbolt the two nuts on top and it should drop right down.

it is pretty straight forward. u need the right tools. a lot of time to spare and patient. just unbold whatever's in the way to take off shocks and reinall the bolts/nuts back on. and done. normall take about hour and half if u use hand tool and all by yourself.

If you have stock springs, it may not be a bad idea to buy a spring compressor. You could also take the shock assembly out of the car completely. Take off the shock fork. Then put just the shock itself back on the car, and bolt on the top mounts. Undo the top 14mm nut while holding the shock piston in place with a 5mm allen key. Move your feet so they dont get smashed by flying shock/spring. That's how I roll. You should be able to put the assembly back together without a spring compressor. Use your guhhhrly arrrms....then GET TO ZE CHOPPA!!
Seach, though. They probably have pictorials and everything.

you can rent spring compressors for free at autozone. You pay a $50 deposit..then you return the tool and you get your $50 back.
Spring compressors are for little girls anyway lol.

It's not really a big deal i fyou point the shock at the ground. You leave it bolted in at the strut tower, and move it so it wont hit the LCA. Then just pop off the top nut. I did that method on my S2000...and it's a nice car. It's as black as wesley snipes.
