Default How easy is it to install a radio in a 2001 Civic?

My girl owns a 2001 Civic EX, and i'm going to install a CD player into her car. I was just wondering how easy is it on the new Civic? Is there anything I should know about before tearing apart her dash? Because my Integra had a screw in the back of the stock radio that had to be removed in order to get it out.

Help me out Civic owners.

Yes, there will probably be a metal bracket behind the radio that bolts into the unit. This keeps it from being stolen or from falling out (one guy on here has a problem with his radio falling out when he shifts from 1st to 2nd really hard)

Just unbolt that and pull the harnesses, and it should come right out.

The new CD unit will probably not fit that same position, so you will have to use a little creativity to find a way to secure it.
