Just peel it off. Are you going to put the door panels back on? If not use denatured alcohol to remove the caulking.......

It's something u can get at a hardware store. It takes gluey crap off stuff (best i can descibe it...lol). Just scape what you can off, then use the denatured alcohol to get the rest off.......

The stuff under the carpets you should just chisel off with a paint scraper and hammer. Just don't hit it too hard or you'll pop a whole in the floor board.....
Oh yeah, you can use dry ice to harden it up abit too......

Well i did my EX and put everything into a bucket. It weighed about 75-80lbs.....
The EX has alot of that soundeadening on the floors......
You should be able to get dry ice from your local supermarket, i don't know if they'll charge you or not though.......

So ok, those panels are the ones in the trunk, rear seat, and both floor boards (pass and driver) right?( I believe they are very rough feeling like TAR right?) So your saying buy dry ice, and let it sit for what..40 min or so? And then chip it away? Sorry for such a newbie question bro, but my car is so underated and well....FAT! Thanks bro
