How do I remove the door "goo" ?
Alright, took the door panel off and I took the plastic off the door frame and I want to remove all that "goo" left over, anyone got any advice? I scraped alot of it, and im trying to use like some advesive remover type stuff but it doesnt seem to work well because it doesnt penetrate that well so I have to do it over and over and over again and its still there...
I dont care what happens to the paint, it can come off... I want the "goo" off because im repainting EVERYTHING and well, under the "goo" is part of EVERYTHING... im wondering if it would just be easier to sand blast it all off???

it is easier to scrape when it is hard.
I heat it with a heat gun, then let it cool.
repeat.
repeat.
Should take about an hour for the above.
Then I take dry ice and tape it in place with plastic bags.
Then after a while 30-40 mins, or before the dry ice is all melted...
Take your scraper and chisle it off with a hammer. It should come of in big clean chunks and leave little residue.
