Default How to clean plugs if they have heavy deposits??

Just want to know what I need to buy to clean out my plugs?
Apparently plug #4 is giving me heavy deposits which is causing my engine to shake at idle.
Any help or suggestions

Another input,
Is having your engine shaking(when idling) and high idles the same thing or different?

I ask because I have both problems and I am trying to have one solution

Are we talking about spark plugs, or injectors? If they're spark plugs, just replace them - one spark plug costs $2, a can of brake cleaner costs $4. You do the math. If you're talking about injectors, have them done professionally.
