New plugs are like $2/per, why not just replace em?

Buy new plugs, that's the BEST way to go.

If you really must clean them though, they sell spark plug cleaning kits (usually a wire brush and some odd ends). Seriously though, NEW plugs are worth it. And if you don't like a heavy layer of carbon on the plugs, try to get your motor's Air/Fuel rate balanced out a bit more.
