put front on jackstands. remove wheels. unbolt the balljoints for the steering rack and LCA. ball joint puller helps. unbolt axle nut (36mm or 1 1/4" 6 point socket). pull suspension away from axle. you may need to hit it with some wd40 and a hammer. once thats off just pull it out of the tranny, you may need a pry bar. there your done.
