Default axle installation

Looked around the FAQ and i found nothing on this. Never replaced axles before I am going to attempt this. I have a 94 Prelude Si and wanted to know what I had to do and how hard it will be to change. And also if I have to change my tranny fluid, my tranny fluid is less than 100 miles.

Other than the axle nut can be a little tough to remove do to its tightness and the lower ball joint, swapping an axle is relatively easy. I would say its about 3 on a scale of 10. Also you will not have to change the tranny fluid when swapping an axle

Yup clockwise on those axle nuts and they are super tight, but a good 1/2 inch impact will zing them right off.

For an overall guide, search for the cltuch how-to by "Behan" it shows all the steps very well!

i used a breaker bar and jumped/stomped on it for a good 5 minutes before it finally budged.. (and someone was in the car mashing the brakes down)
