will 125whp with a decent driver hit 15's?
the reason i ask is because this guy on the drag forums said this:
um...i don't think you'll hit 15's with 125 whp. when i was running a bone stock b16, no header, intake, nothing...i ran a low 15 and i know the b16 had more than 125 whp. not trying to burst your bubble, just want you to be aware. it sucks when you expect to run a specific et and end up with something totally different. good luck to you!
i had the car dynoed and tuned and its making 125 single cam whp with 98lbs. the car is a 95 civic coupe dx gutted with a d15b i,h,e, underdrive pulleys, cam gear tuned, and vafc tuned. thanx for looking!

do you have any wieght #'s for your car???? is it a DX or SI????.......cause what it says in my sig was accomplished with a full interior, 12" sub and ported box (approx. 50lbs) and a motor that was blowing hella smoke!....so i probly had about 100whp....
it weighed about 2070 lbs
so if you can drive at all you should hit 15's no prob
good-luck

Depends on the weight of the car, the skill of the driver, the ambient and track conditions, and how good the launch is.
Horsepower alone does nothing.
If it's a DX coupe, and you can drive, then yes, you should be hitting 15s.

people are hate but i dunt care it was with a b18b tranny with just a clutch and 14" street tires. driver really does make 70% of the car though if u dunt kno how to launch, shift, ect it really does effect ur driving skills.

Re: (iluvjasmine)
bone stock Z6 with 130xxx miles, ported head, intake and exhaust, 2500 feet elevation, 2.3 60 foot, ran a 15.5 @89 mph.
Engine was in decent shape. 94 Civic Si with no back seat.
125 whp in a gutted DX coupe will be mid 15's easily
