Is it possible to fit an SRR 4.7 FD into a d16y7 tranny? if so, how hard is this mod?

What tranny's do they make it for? If they don't make it for a D-series tranny, it's not worth the cost.

Im also kind of intersted, but I would reccomend a y8 tranny instead, I think that the gearing would be better for a street car. The lower gears are better geared (damn..sounds kind of funny saying geared and gears and gearing...hahah) for quick accelleration than the Y7 tranny, but you will still have your cruising RPM at 60 mph be reasonable. With the lower FD your cruising RPM will be higher, and I serioulsy doubt if your gears would be as short as a y8 and you would have spent like twice as much. With this said, best of luck to you...I don't see why it wouldnt work!
