High Idle Problem

High Idle Problem
Hey guys,
Just installed my RC 440cc injectors and clips(by splicing the wires to the old clips) and installed a new
chipped P06 ECU from Phearable.
Starting the car up, I noticed that I have a high starting idle @ 1500rpm's. The lowest it stays is 1500rpms. It seems to jump a little to 1600 then back down to 1500 and then back up, etc. It does this forever. It sounds like I am pressing the throttle a little, letting off, then pressing it again, over and over. At first I thought I wired something wrong, so I double checked my splicing for the injectors and it seems fine. And the wires are twisted together snugly.
What else could it be?
Btw, Turbo'd D16Y7.

Make sure you're getting a good seal around where the fuel injectors seal into the intake manifold. If you're not getting a good seal you could have a vacuum leak.
