I have a 99 si with a b18c swap. When i start it up it hesitates when i press the gas. Also when im driving it seems to randomly cut out every so often for a second or two like its getting no fuel and then it backfires. When im having these issues vtec doesnt work, but if i turn the car off and then back on vtec works. Any ideas

comes tomarow, but im not holding my breath cause that lights been on for months. Thinking fuel pressure issue because from what people have told me 41psi with the vac line off is low for b18c. Hoping i can find a spec on alldata or shopkey at work tomarow.
