HELP!! Wind Shield Wipers wont stop!!
I have a 98 Civic EX and the wind shield wipers wont turn off. I tried turning the car off and turning it bak on in a few times but it didnt work. Is my switch busted or is it something else.

hahahah... sorry... it sounded really funny when i read it...
trace/check your wiring. i might be talking out my butt but maybe there is a relay that's stuck open. if all else fails pull the plug on 'em (pull the fuse)

Could be a faulty relay, faulty wiper motor. Just pull out the fuse or unplug the motor until you have time to check it out.

i think thats the problem. my ex gf had the same prob, she had to get a new motor.
for now, pull the fuse to stop them.

under the dashboard look for the fuse box... theres a diagram on the back of it... i think its on the left like 3rd or 4th from the bottom of the diagram

Haha. Same thing happened to a buddy last week.
He said that the problem was his wiper motor. He took it out of the car, and one of the contacts on the motor was fried, and making contact at all times, causing the motor to continually run. He pulled the contact out, and they work great now.
