mine did this, and i couldnt find it! until a brace from my header fell off....
a bolt was loose on a header support mount if you will.
it would only shake at start up, cuz my engine idles a little low when it has sat and cooled down.
anything can rattle, so its hard to say

Re: (bleedblue94)
cars do smoke a little more when they are cold.....if you just had the valves done then they should be fine.
i dont see how valves would rattle for only 30 seconds.
i dunno
im not a very good e-mechanic

possibly....sometimes it's in the valvetrain (LMA's) that require oil pressure to "take up the slack". Does the rattle sound "deep" like a "rapping" noise inside the engine or is it more of a ticking noise?

Re: (00Red_SiR)
Im new to hondas it sounds like a timing chain, but i doubt that thats what it is since honda uses belts.
Second guess I would say it sounds like you will be bringing back the car for the valves .. unfortunately, unless they botched the job up ... then yea, 00Red_SiR would be right ... and defintely rod knocking -- but you say rattle? is it more like a clunk-knock type of noise?
