I think so. Mine gets hot like at drive thrus and what not. It doesnt seem like the fan is coming on all the time. So tomorrow I'm going to jump it at the thermo switch like Ron here says. And I still might have some air in there too. I never thought to angle the car upwards. Its so obvious now.
