A blown head gasket will form bubbles in the coolant if that is the leak path. Are you blowing excessive white smoke from the exhaust? Does your overflow bottle leak? Is the hose leading to the overflow cracked?

Let the car cool, open the rad cap, and start it. If it is bubbling, that is from gasses entering the system through the blown gasket.

Yes.

You can also pressure test the radiator system. A compression test will also provide insight on the condition of a head gasket.

headgasket could have a slight leak, also possible cracked cylinder liner, or head crack......you need to due a coolant system presure test, and most likely the head is coming off...sorry

How bad did you overheat it. I never....ever see metal gaskets "blow" unless the car was really overheated bad for whatever reason. Then at that point the head is usually warped 5-10 thousandths also

Well.. since i have gay *** indiglo's on there, the needle isnt lit up.. so when i noticed that it was on H i immediatly pulled over.. popped the hood and let it rest.. the reason its Fucked up.. is because we've use the same "Shucks" HeadGasket<<1st problem>> like 3 times.. and the 2nd time we put it on we put it on backwards so i started it up... and lost about 3 qts of oil.. i'm SURE thats not good for it.. so i am ordering a OEM one tomorrow through a hook up at Acura.. if this doesnt fix it.. im tired of this car.. and am about to sell as is.. lol.. its been like 2 Months of straight work.. mostly waiting on parts..
