Icon6 Help: Civic eg si with b20z swap blower no Heat~

hi guys, i just did a bone stock B20Z motor with b18b IM in my civic eg HB and for some odd reason the car overheats, then the blower will only blow hot air when i have my foot on throttle. can someone please explain the situation i am in?

Did i hook the coolant hoses wrong or something?
i could locate if there are any leaks from the hoses but can't explain why the heat only works when i have throttle. A/C works fine by the way.

thanks guys~

If you use the correct hoses, they are shaped to hit the proper fittings so they cannot be mixed up

goto honda parts now and look up the hose routing

wow
thats awesome man~ thank you so so much for the diagram

oh ~ i did leave the cap off and let the engine running for 40mins or so(fan kicked in twice while idle), would that be enough? or i still need to bleed from the thermostats bleed valve?
