Default Lower radiator hose doesn't get warm and the radiator fan won't turn on

So I have a 94 eg just swap a b16a. It's running an the gauge gets to running temp but the lower hose doesn't get warm like the upper on an the fan won't turn on.

Fan work, have a good groud. Everything work before I did my swap.

Any ideas on what to do on this problem

Your bad idle might be the throttlebody wire thingy, dont remember what the name of it is.

Very helpful you are lol... iacv (idle air control valve)

When I got my motor from hmo I pulled the iacv off and it was completely packed full of carbon lol
