Help! Changing front subframe on 2000 civic
My front subframe on my civic is stripped on the passenger side where the front lower control arm bolts in.
Anyone know how to take it off and put a new one on? I have a new one but i'm not sure how to take the old one off..

Re: Help! Changing front subframe on 2000 civic
Remove the front sway bar, un-bolt the rear engine mount from either subframe or block mount, there should be if I remember correctly 3 large bolts on each side of the subframe from the bottom on each side and 1 large bolt on each side (if you were looking at the subrframe level from the front), total of 8 large bolts. I don't understand how the "subframe" is "stripped"... it's just a hole the bolt slides through...
