you can see he busted the head off the bolt, easy out prob wont work since you busted it . but remove it, it shouldnt have tension on the strut it's holding. Once you get it off I bet the threads are rusted, I would drill it out and tap the threads.

Thats a tough one...
You can try drilling and extracting the bolt, but Ive NEVER had any luck with those (I always end up breaking the extractor off in the hole and then being unable to do anything about it).
Personally, Id just buy another fork and bolt...and then when it came in, cut that one off.

ok question, will a fork off a 91 teg work? the bolt is sticking out the other side, i was thinking about heating it up with the tourch, and trying drilling it out hoefully it would come out with no problem, if not is it safe to drive on it until i get it fixed?

the bolt is mostly likely too hard to drill all the way through your gonna be there all day and get no where. Is there any of the bolt sticking out the other side?

worst comes to worst, just cut it off and get a new fork and bolt from junkyard, or maybe the whole spring/shock/fork assembly
