Re: HELP B16 Idle problem
have you guys made sure your IAC valves don't have a re-learn procedure? Many cars have to have the idle relearned after replacing the valve. It usually entails driving the vehicle at over 30mph for a certain period of time. If it's not the relearn, I'd go for vacuum leak next. Start spraying vacuum lines with carb cleaner and see your idle races. If it does, you know where your un-metered air is coming from.

Re: HELP B16 Idle problem
I have had the same issue. You have to let it relearn the idle. Just turn on the car and make sure that nothing is on like your radio or the ac and stuff. Just let the car sit till the fan cycles about twice and it should relearn it or at least this is what i do cuz every time i unplug my battery i have to relearn the idle. Also You can take of the cap to the radiator and squeeze the top radiator hose just in case you have bubbles in the system while the car is warming up, once it starts getting warmed up just put the cap back on. Hope this helps
