Default h22 civic

I know this is a question posted all over this forum but i cant seem to find it in the search, so if anyone could tell me roughly wut a 93 civic hb dx with an h22 swap non lsd, with CAI, header and exhaust would run in the 1/4 mile (time and speed) it would be some help. The only reason i ask is b/c a friend of mine just put one in and were just curious as to what we can expect, have a few friends with some fast cars and he hopes to keep up with if not beat some of them. Thanks for the help.

lots of info on it...but here is my setup.
94 dx hatch
very gutted (no a/c, no heat, no fans, nothing in interior but seats and dash shell)
jdm h22a, act xtss clutch, 97+ lude cai, high flow cat, 2.5 inch mandrel bent exhaust, h23a1 tranny, hondata s100 tuned for a different car.
i run on 17s and have done the 1/8 mile in 8.9@80, in theory i should be able to hit mid 13s.....in theory.

i would expect mid 14s though if you have never been on a track before.

14's? i doubt that unless he does not know how to drive..... rims make a HUGE difference, every 1 pound on the rims = 5 in the car, so u have heavy rims and probably some heavy tires, i bet if u use 15"s u will be high 12's low 13's

anyway i severely doubt i will see up to a 1 second gain by going with 15s...my rims weight an abotu 18.5lbs each with 215/40/17s. so even if i knock off 15 lbs by switching tires im only looking at 75 lbs less in the car....and i know that much wont give me more than .1 or so, at best....

Honestly, it all depends on the driver and their skill to launch the car (H22 Civics are tricky to launch and to hook up off of the line.... otherwise lots of wheel spin). You could hit 13s on street tires, or you can run 15s all day long with very poor 60' times, but higher trap speeds. It really all depends with a setup like that, as everyone's launching/driving skills are different.

it is way easier to get a 15 to hook up and get traction then a 2154017.
