N/A H22 1/4MILE TIMES!
I've been thinkin lately whether I wanna go all motor or turbo...I have an h22 in an EK Coupe...my goal is to be in the mid 13's...i've never ran the 1/4 mile only 1/8...my fastest time right now is 9.3...i'm guessing that would be a low 14...
my current setup is
1. Injen CAI
2. DC 4-2-1 Header
3. Race Cat
4. 2.25 custom cat-back
5. VAFC
6. LSD (haven't ran with this yet)
So basically I just want to see what other h22 hybrids are runnin cuz i want to know how hard it is to get a civic coupe to run mid 13's all motor with a full interior?

Re: N/A H22 1/4MILE TIMES! (teameracer3)
my 94 ex coupe ran a 14.4 with a 2.3 60' @98 MPH.
that was on shity nitto drag rad.
D.C. header
custom intake
RS*R cat back
13's were there, if i could learn how to drive the car. traction is your best and worst friend
P.S. full int. with the baby seat in the back

get rid of that header, and you'll run 13's no problem...I gained 20whp w/ my DTR side exit race header...check sig for times

14.5 here with crappy traction, crappy hot air stock intake w/filter clamped on the end and baad exhaust leak. .
I now have power steering, AEM CAI, and NX wet kit, so I plan on being in the low 13's/high 12's with a 50 shot. We'll see though!

His car is a daily driver, I don't think a side exit open exhaust is a good option.

i got a 14.4 out of my teg (2.12 60'), but it had stock exhaust, and the headers are REALLY bent up...and the car weighs 2500 with about a 1/4 tank gas

Wow, nice goin'. That's not too many mods, IMO. Did the flywheel make any diff as far as HP or drivability? I was considering a lightened flywheel, but thought it would take away from my daily commute. I drive this car 50+ Mi. per day, and don't like to give up the 'little things' that lots of people who do swaps don't care about (Power steering, cruise, power windows, locks, mirrors, etc.) How was that ROM?

Re: N/A H22 1/4MILE TIMES! (EK22Tim)
flywheel was the best mod i did to the motor. h22 naturally are slow revvers and with a lightened flywheel it speed things up quite a bit.. i didnt really notice much difference as far as daily driving... and i put on the average of about 2500 miles a month on my ride and the car is great in stop and go traffic.. i definitly recommend a clutch and flywheel upgrade for all h22 hybrids.

I have an JDM h22 in a 97 Coupe EX, weighs 2525 lbs, has AC, NO ps, NO LSD and Power everything else, all motor best 14.4 @ 96 with a 2.1 sixty foot...
on N20 13.312 @ 104.87 and a 1.999 sixty foot (brand new slicks, only used them four times so far so I'm learning how to launch and heat them up)

Northern, you have some damn good times.
My best ET so far is 13.9@98 MPH at RMR at 4600 elavation feet with a 2.1 60'.
I got a couple 1.9 60' but I missed 4th gear which pissed me off.
Exact mods I have: AEM ITR CAI, Walbro 255 fuel pump, B&M FPR, Spoon P13 chip. Stock flywheel, stock header, stock everything else.
I hope to get traction bars and lightened flywheel before I leave, I don't think I`ll be able to squeeze it in though. Oh well..
