Good lowering
Currently I have cut springs and bad shocks on my car, so you know how the ride is. I want to keep my car low, but ride better (I not saying like stock). Which coilovers will actually give me a 4" drop and be quality? I also need new shocks, so which ones can handle the lowering?

So you want to lower your car 4" but have a good ride? If you lower your car 4" your gonna slap every bump you go over. IMO do a 1 1/2"-2" drop with some adj. struts if you want to maintain a good ride. There's no reason to drop you car 4" unless your doing some serious "NASCAR" style racing, or you want it to be purely show. Try to be more realistic with your expectations for an economy car.
