Default D16Z6 cam

Is it true you can fit a Y8 cam on a d16z6 head and have a more aggressive rpm maybe 8000rpm?

I know nothing about this but i would imagine you'd have to upgrade your valve springs as well to prevent valve float. But i'd like to know this too

Never done it but from what I red, yes it's possible but you'll need a cam gear cause the two cams are not set at the same degree, by how much, I don't remember and as for reving more, valves springs would be a must and I don't think this cam is more agressive.
