Default fuel pump ques? PLEASE HELP!!!

Well me car (a 93 si) won't start but the starter is trying. It is throwing a check engine light n when I go to do that code scan thing nothing comes up. So I have talked to a couple of friends of mine and this what we have come up with that it maybe: main relay, coil, ICM. So i went n got a new relay because I didnt hear anything clicking like I am soppose to hear with the fuel pump. I put the new one in and nothing again so i took out my back seat to get to the pump and tested to see if it is getting power n it is not. Now i have no idea what to do next. Should i go to get another relay cause the new one may be blown too? Is there a little fuse some where that I am not thinking about for the fuel pump? Or is there anything else that u guys can think of? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Make sure you check all of your fuses. The relay gets power from the ecu. I had the same problem in my car and it ended up being a bad ecu. Here is what you can do to test it. Get a multimeter to check the voltage at the map sensor. It should have 5 volts if doesnt check for voltage between the d19(+) and d21(-) pins of your ecu plug. If there isnt voltage replace the ecu.

yeah there's a fuel pump fuse. That same thing happened to me, left me carless for a week. If you look at your fusebox it should be one of the two that sits higher than the rest.
