fuel pump not turning on

fuel pump not turning on
i took my gsr outta my del sol and put a single v in it... today hooked everything up, go to start it the fuel pump isnt coming on..i just changed the main relay just to see if it was that. and still nothing...... im thinking fuses even tho i just chcked them all, or could it be that its like 20 degrees out where i am lol anyone?

check all your fuses and relays
there is a ground connected to the thermostad housing, check the condition.
if not, your fuel pump is bad.

Don't jump to conclusions. Out of all the times I've seen this happen(pump not turn on) , 75% of the time it's the relay.
