Fuel pump not coming on; just can't seem to figure it out!
Hey everybody, I hope you all are enjoying the holidays.
I'm going on a road trip soon, so of course my car decided to stop working.
I have a 95 Civic EX.
When I try to start it, the engine turns over like normal but it doesn't start. The fuel pump doesn't make a noise either, and I checked and it's not getting any voltage.
I tested the main relay, and according to my Chilton manual's diagnostic, it's fully functional.
I reset the ECU by unplugging the battery for a few minutes in case the ECU was telling the fuel pump not to run, but this had no affect.
What should I try next?

when you turn the key all the way but not far enough to start it, does your main relay make the clicking noise? or does the fuel pump prime?

Could be your fuel pump then. since its a simple task, take your back seat out and check out the wiring/harness for the fuel pump.

Can you point me to the fuel pump fuse? Does the 95 Civic EX have one? I can't find it. I looked in two fuse boxes, one under the dash on the driver's side and one under the hood by the battery.
... what other fuses should I check? the window wipers?

I checked all the fuses with my eyes and with a voltmeter. They are all fine.
**Edit:
Now it works. All I did before it started working was unplug a bunch of plugs and fuses, then plug them back in.
Thanks for everything!
