Default FUEL PRESSURE PROBLEM???

Last post was my first, and people were very helpful, unfortunately, have to post about another problem. I have just changed the head gasket on my 1.5L 94 Civic LX. Had valve job done while it was off, DEFINETLY the gasket was blown. So I fire the car up, idles very nicely, smooth as silk. I go to drive the car, and notice that giving it more then 1/4 - 1/3 of the gas pedal the car bogs and has a really bad miss. It seems to run nicely at idle to 1/4 - 1/3 of the throttle, but just acts like it has no gas at any more then that.
I checked my injectors, each is operating, and I can hear them all "clicking" on and off. I have vacum to the fuel pressure regulator. I also tried to pinch the return line shut to see if that would create a surge, and it didn't seem to, so that means my regulator should be good. The fuel filter isn't that old, so I doubt it's clogged up. The timing was checked with a light, and is right on the money. And I have no CEL. Is the fuel pump going out? Car has 176k on it, so I'd think it could be due for a pump. ANy help??? Thanks.

Don't know, don't have a gauge, was hoping to avoid buying one for like $30 if possible.

Gonna be kind of tough to verify a fuel presure problem without a gauge.

Well I sucked it up and bought a gauge, guess I'll wait and see what sorta readings I get after work tonight. Had hoped somebody out there woulda been like "oh yeah, it's your.... for sure, change it..., did mine blah blah blah....". Oh well, wait and see.
