Default Oil in my roommate's #2 cylinder... WTF?

Alright. today I pulled my head to change my headgasket. After I was done, my roommate decided he would take the extra copper one I had bought and install it before He turbos his car. His **** is almost the same as mine, a d15b7.

Here's the bottom line, we took off his head(which took for ******' ever because he wanted to take it off with the Intake manifold) and lo and BEHOLD, there was a shitload of oil in his #2 cylinder, and a little bit in his #3. I looked and thought maybe he blew the cylinder, but it was all fine. If he blew his HG (which wouldn't be untypical, because he's a dumbass, and sitting next to me watching me type this) would this be because of it, or maybe some oil just slipped through the headbolt hole while taking it off? His spark plug electrodes were white as well, which means he was burning coolant, right?... and his intake valves were also white as ****.... WTF does any of this mean.... FROM THE PROS,
Thanks

sounds like the headgasket, usually with that you will see bubbles in your oil, and oil burning, the white sparkplugs means your running hot, i.e. detonating.

so what about using stock headstuds with boost. I put the stock ones on mines and torque them 10 lb/ft harder. Will ARP's make any difference?

Yes, ARPs will make a difference. If you reused the stock ones, they are already stretched out from being used once. Your head will lift (even though you said you tq'ed them down 10 more lbs) and you will then again blow another head gasket.
