Fuel/Ignition Help
So I have a JDM b16a swapped into my CX hatch. Never had any abnormal problems with it after the swap. This winter I recieved a "Spoon" chipped ECU purchased off of ebay as a gift. We had figured that with the mods I had, this would be a good investment. Once we began to tinker with replacing the ecu, things started to go down hill. When we put the new ecu in, it threw codes; knock sensor, wasn't engaging VTEC and I can't remember the 3rd, but it was something stupid. So we pulled it back out until I was going to have time to tinker with it. Time never came, oh well. So I am left with my unmolested P28 and it had been running funny since about April. Figured it was time for a tune up, so we replaced the plugs, wires, o-rings and valve cover gasket. It's still drving funny. In funny I mean that if I ma at a crusing speed (80-85 3500rpm or so) and try to accellerate, it will bog down until I reach about 4000rpm. Also, if I am in lower rpms, such as 2000-3000 while driving "normal" it will do the same until I accellerate hard.
What we know is that I do have a minor fuel leak. It is coming from where the fuel line that connects the rail and frp meets the rail. It has been running rich ever since the swap was done, and once this situation is solved, I entend of having the ecu chipped and tuned.
My questions:
*Can I replace that fuel line. I have heard of stainless steel ones, know where I can get one?
*Should I replace the frp and fuel rail?
*Should I replace the distributor?
*I've been told that the coil may be going bad. How can I check if it is or not since it is internal?
Thanks in advance for any input. My disclaimer is that I am not mechanically eeducated, but I am trying to learn. My brother and I do most of the work since he is a mechanic. We have asked around as to what could be ways to fix this situation but have only gotten minimal feedback. Feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Re: (hoffman4684)
If your dist. was going, the first sign is the RPM gauge will go all crazy on you. If you're leaking out of the rail, I would not be driving that car at all. Good way to destroy your car. . . if you have full coverage and want a new one, keep driving.
