engine question....
My friend bought a 1997 civic si 2 dr. coupe (ex in the US) with the engine code D16Y8. I thought that this was a sohc with vtec, but there is no vtec on the vavle cover or on the back of the car. He is worried if he bought a vtec, or something else. Any help would be great. Thanks.. if it is the vtec, any hp figures and 0-60 times (stock) would be appreciated!
