The HEADER I use is the dc-sports 4-2-1. I'm happy with it. And it wasn't that expensive. Try the classifieds for some good deals.

4-2-1
Pros: Good gains in low to mid range RPM
Cons: Little to no gain top end

4-1
Pros: Lots of top end power
Cons: sacrafice torque in mid to low

I rock the DC Sports JDM 4-1 with the 2.5" collector.

Makes good power.
