EK Civic that I need the Dealer to make me a key for...
If I take in the title to my car (to show that I own it), will the dealer make me a key?

Yes. All you need is proof of ownership and the VIN, and the dealership can cut you a key. Since it is a non-chipped key, it should only cost you $7-8.

HEY PEOPLE..... did you not read his post??? Home depot, or a locksmith cannot make keys without something to copy from. What he is asking is if he doesnt have any more keys, aka his last one is locked in the car, can he go to the dealer and get show them that he has ownership of the car and they make a new key from scratch for him. Yes they will, but if you show them ownership records.
Peace
Peace
