Default delsol b16a3 power loss/ high fuel consumption.

i have a '94 delsol s chasis and i swapped the b16a3 into it, full swap, tranny wire harness and ecu from spoon. now i have a severe power loss and the vtec doesnt kick like it should, i mean i can hear it kick in but no power increase. also the fuel consumption is out the @&&!!! i tried replacing the cat. with a te4st pipe, the cat was clogged but no difference. i tried doing a oil change with some engine flush, helped a lil but far from being great. honda tells me i have a cracked cylinder wall, but i have no abnormal smoke at all. another shop says its prolly a valve problem. when vtec hits it sounds like only one side, either intake or exhaust side is kickin over. so whats you take on this? honda says i need a new engine, i say its a burnt, hung- open or bent valve or possibly two. compression test found that cylindeer 2 was @ 60 and 3 was at like 70 or 80, extremely low, so i would figure that if i had two low on compression then the chance that i would have smoke would be 99%. so lend me some help on this one plz?
