del sol problem

Default del sol problem

did a search but most of them rambled off and told me nothing. changed my plugs and wires and when i pulled the plugs out 3 outta the 4 spark plugs had oil all over them. im not sure what it means can you help me out. some threads said change the spark plug rings and some said piston rings.

It could be piston rings, best thing for you to do is to do a compression check first.

All over as in completely all over or just the electrode?

its only on the electrode not up the plug only where it threads in

then it's obviously not the plug seal, I'ma go with the piston rings for now, do a compression test like the #1 response said.. :-\
