my c5 civic si on the dyno
I went on the dyno today, I dont know how much the weather makes a difference, but I went anyways @ 107.56*F I made max power = 156.50 and max torque = 114.01
the max power was at 8199 RPM and max torque 6670
my setup is a pr3-2 head with skunk2 mani,aem intake,no p/s all stock internals on a 2000 type R block with a p28 chipped w/jun program

Just because you beat someone doesnt mean you are making more power.
It all falls back on, driver, health of the motor, power to weight ratio, etc...
Also, another possibility could be that their dyno was off.

So you've got a B18C5 block and a B16A head with some porting and polishing and a couple boltons. I'd say that combination should be good for about 10 more ft/lbs of torque in better weather and maybe a clutch of hp too.
Hot air sucks.
