Re: d16z6 axle seal #?
I have seen alot of "oem" online parts places list 91205-pl3-a01 for the Passenger & Driver side but none of the Interchange books i have list that as a good number.
Also i have done the Output shaft seals in my 95 Del Sol twice and there not the same seal. on both sides
Driver side Seal Specs
T/Axle Output Shaft Seal I.D. : 1.339"
T/Axle Output Shaft Seal O.D. : 2.218"
Passenger side seal Spec
T/Axle Output Shaft Seal I.D. : 1.575"
T/Axle Output Shaft Seal O.D. : 2.452"
the part #'s that keep coming up are
91205-PC9-711 & 91205-PL3-A01
the PC9-711 is bigger then the PL3-A01 Seal but i can't get eather number to Crossover to any other seal number but i was able to find out that honda OEM seals are Made By CR seals and thats the same company that makes the seals for NAPA

For something like a trans seal, where the size is pretty important and if it's bad, you probably won't know until it's too late, why not just buy OEM? I was going to order some a while back and they weren't expensive.

Re: d16z6 axle seal #?
i was asking because i have brakes and suspensions class and was thinking of doing my car in class tomorrow. my ball joint and putting a new cap to seal my d/s axle right because it's been leaking. i bought the oem honda cap part no. 91205-pl3-a01, but not sure if it'll fit because the numbers always change... so, was double checking.

I see well best thing i can tell you is if it is the wrong seal you will know right away there's a big difference in the way thay look.
also when i was in high school i would work on my acr in shop all the time and if i ended up with the wrong part the local parts store was more then happy to bring me the right one and thay didn't do deliveries.
