Default D15z1 swapped to a D16z6 no start (need help)

I just did a whole swap to a D16z6. I brought a new battery and it will not turn over. I haven't got it to do anything. All that comes on it the e-brake, and SRS lights. The starter doesn't kick over. Can someone help me with this issue.

Thanks

Need Help....I just checked all the fuse and there no problems there. Does anyone have any suggestions on why my car does not want to start?

Could be a bad starter.

check, is the starter getting power? is it getting a fire signal at key start? if yes and yes, check the ground on the tranny. if that is there then your starter is beat. i have one BTW if it is.

I replaced the starter with one that I had from a different car that worked so I don't think it's the starter. I don't hear anything when I turn the key tho. Do you think I might have a bad ecu? I have not changed out my old ecu for the D15z1 would that be a problem? I thought the ecu would still crank the car but I could be wrong?

Thanks

I should still crank the car. I was running a d16z6 with an ecu for a d16y7 for a little while. So i would imagine you would be fine.

Did you check all of your grounds? If you don't have a good ground, it's not going to start either.

did you check to make sure all the silly stuff was connected. like hot wire to starter and simple things because that is usually the problem. and i beleive the car would still run with a bad ecu in limp mode so thats probably not the problem.

I checked all the the connectors like 3-4 times. I have no other ideas what to look for.

Does the clutch pedal touch anything when you push the clutch in when you're about to start the car? Can that go bad if there is anything back there? when I turn the key about 3/4 of the way on the oil and battery light come on and it makes a clicking noise what the Hell is it doing that?
