D-series harness for B-series swap?
Ive looked arround but I cant find the answer. Does anyone know if an OBD2 d-series engine with vtec harness will fit, or can be modified to fit with an OBD2 b-series swap. SPECIFICS--> d16y8 harness to a JDM b18c

I helped with doing a JDM ITR in a 98 Hatch.....As far as I know there wasent any problems...there might have been one plug to change out...but it was pretty streight forward..

Re: D-series harness for B-series swap? (monicle)
i actually just did/doing my b18c swap from my d16y8.
i found quite a few plugs to be different... then again my motor is OBDI so i had to do a custom swap on the distributor, then re-wire like alternator, injector, and some other various plugs.
best thing to do is match it up and use the plugs off the new motor taht arent the same as the civic one

If the motor is OBD II and the harness is OBD II, there is no problem, you will have to run wires for the knock sensor and such. But with an OBD II harness and OBD I motor the plugs will be different and vice versa.

i used my stock d16z6 wiring harness when i put my obd1 b16a in my car. its not as clean as a better harness, but it gets the job done and helped me spend the money on mods instead of wires
