Default coilover system...

i'm sick and tired of adjusting those koni reds...
it's hard to get the car levelled after adjustment...
and i'm a person on a budget... (i have $1500 saved up (in canadian $$))
i can't decide which ones to buy... what would be the best for under
$1500 in canadian?? I don't wanna get springs and shocks combination stuff...
i'm gonna try a different setup... any info or recommendation about
which setup to buy would be really appreciated.. thanks in advance...

TEIN should have something around little over $1000. they are pretty good for street/circuit.

Get a koni yellow and ground control combo. From what I heard the lower model of Teins the SS and HA don't have a good valve design.

Matrix.....DO NOT GET THOSE.
You get what you pay for.

Also, look for coilovers that are re-buildable.

Progress competition is a full coilover system. I believe there are dampening adjustments on the shock, I could be wrong though. They are rebuildable and you have options during rebuild to make the dampening effect stiffer. As for the spring rates on the Progress coilovers, I don't know offhand. The actual shock body is shorter than stock so I assume it'll give you a dropped height at even the highest setting.

Japanese coilovers like Tein, Zeal, BC etc..have a regular sized shock body so you can lower from stock height on down instead of having the car pre-dropped.
