Clutch Slave == better mileage ?? WHA?!
Ok guys, i dont know if this is the whole cause, but here goes. LAst week my clutch died. It was a leak from my master cylinder that i easily fixed w/ a rebuild. Then my slave did the same, so i just bought a new slave . Afterwards, my car seems to have been getting BETTER gas mileage!!! Is there substantial cause for this? or is it possibly that my clutch before wasnt fully engaging...blah de blah....that whole story?

if both were shitty, then they weren't moving as much fluid. it was dragging your clutch constantly when stopped in gear.

Im pretty sure its a mechanical thing. I had half a tank when i started the morning, exactly on the line, and at the end of the day, same amount of driving i di EVERY monday, i have a quarter tank left where as i used to have about 1/8 if that
