Clutch issues
I have a 97 with a b16 hydro tranny. Last week the master cylinder decided to go. I replaced that and also replaced the rubber line with a stainless steel one. Now I have bleed the heck out of the system but no matter what it will not build pressure. There are no leaks and all connections are tight. What else is there to check?

Re: Clutch issues (Mr.EM1_EK)
Thats what I am wondering but could it be bad even if it doesn't leak and bleeds fine. Also how far out should the slave be and how much play should the fork have in it? The slave seems to be extended out a lot and the fork is sloppy with the slave off. There is no leak from the slave though.

Re: Clutch issues (fast91stealth)
yeah, anything is possible. i have bled master cyl. fine but would still not get good pressure at the pedal. they have seals in them that can go bad.
