So i was having problems with my car recently and thanks to the help of these forums i was able to find the culprit Alternator and changed it. While doing that i also changed both my axles since the boots were torn on both.

I start my car up and theres a terrible knocking sound. I thought it was the alternator so i quickly step out and take a look and alternator is nice and tight.

I turn the car off and notice my car has 3 CEL codes.

2 O2B - Oxygen sensor #2
41 Primary oxygen sensor heater
65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater wire (black wires)

Any idea why all of sudden this happens? Was my old alternator so messed up that it didn't pick up on these faulty Oxygen Sensors? Or did the new Alternator messed them up lol

Would the o2 Sensors cause that knocking sound? Or maybe the axle not tight?

Sorry, I have a 96 Civic with a B18C1. JDM p72

I fixed the knocking noise. Axle popped out some how. Anyways i think i fixed my problem, and i prob just have to get new O2 sensors. Unless someone has any suggestions.
