Default CEL code 22 23 45

ok so thats pretty much it i got 3 codes...knock sensor...vtec oil pressure switch...and fuel metering too lean or too rich...the story wit the car is as follows....00 si wit stock si tranny and jdm gsr long block and IM and headers....i just bought a new harness and i had several codes b4...im running bout .5qts over full on oil. im changin it 2morrow. my guess is the over fill on oil might stop the oil pressure switch from acting up...i pulled the top of the vtec solenoid off and the screen in there was clean...i just put in a new cat(cuz it was clogged...im guessin from blowing the b16 but no oil came out of it so i dunno. im wondering if ne body has more ideas on this. also my headers started turning a chalky color white im guessin from running lean? is this the case or too rich? ne info will be greatly appreciated

well im not really worried bout the 22 code now since it is gone as u might have read in my lat post....but i replaced the knock sensor coupel months ago wit a brand new one...my guess is that the knock sensor is going off cuz if the cr running too lean or too rich...ne body know some simple tests i can do to see how lean or rich it is running and which?...and im thinking lean cuz of the headers turning a chalky white color...ne suggestions guyz?

if your header is turning a chalky white, kind of makes me think you are running really lean.

Pull your plugs and check what color the electrode is. if its white, you are running lean, brownish, is perfect, black is rich.

Did you put new plugs in the car? what gap are you running? new wires?
