First off, what are you HP/TQ goals?

How much $$ for budget do you have?

Do you have the skills to do all the work yourself, or will you have to pay a mechanic for the majority of the work?

Is this car a daily driver, a weekend road warrior, straight-up drag racer, auto-x, etc...?

Without this information, we can't really help you.

pretty much to acheive 280 hp all u need is a turbo and yuou can leave stock internals as long as ur not gonna beat on it as much.

Yeah, you're pretty much right on the spot. 250WHP with a strong motor and good tune for your car is no problem.
