OK when I run the AC or even the heat, my blower fan is grinding....so I'm guessing either the fan itself, or the motor has a bad bearing (or maybe its all one piece?), because if I turn it up real high, it somewhat minimizes in noise....so anyway, I was wondering if anybody knows the procedure for changing this? I'm assuming the fan/motor is down behind the glove box correct? Thanks!

it might not be bad. there might have stuff clogg on the filter. someone on here had a nest built in the filter. he also wrote a how to take it apart and clean it.

OK well I yanked the thing out tonight and took a look...yeah there was a ton of **** in there, mainly some kind of pine needles and junk. Well I cleaned all that out which took care of the rattling/grating sound, but when I go over a bump, it sound like the bearing and the shaft get knocked off center, so it vibrated real bad and sounds really pissed off. And the whole motor assembly is one big molded piece. There is a little inspection type plate that you can take off, exposing the lower part of the magneto ****, and the lower bearing housing, so I tried spraying some silicone lube in there, no workie..... So I'm thinking either I'm going to have to buy a new one, or go to the junkyard and get a used one. Unless someone knows how to get the turbine/basket off the shaft without breaking it? OK well here are some pics, hope I post them right.
