Default heater fan noise... yes another one of those questions

ok my heater fan is making a whining noise from time to time. it does it on all speeds and comes and goes as it pleases. i took the fan out cleaned it and sprayed alittle lubricant on it. i also sprayed an electronic cleaner on the motor is self and sprayed it out with and air hose. so i dont know what to do next. the noise is alittle irritating.. so if anyone has any real input on it or any info i would appreciate it.

The bearing are probably shot. My bathroom exhaust fan acts the same way. Time for me to go to Home Depot.
