Best source for a chipped ecu and engine harness?
I am doing a H22 swap for a customers car of mine, and his civic did not have VTEC or a knock sensor or butterflies or EGR. To make everything cleaner I figure we should ditch the P13 ECU so we dont have to worry about the EGR and can put on a block off plate. Also for cleaner wiring I figure a more suited engine harness is due. Its a 99 Civic HX I think, I dont know there are no badges on it and its got the throttle body that faces up with a D15Y7.
The last civic I did this swap in was a 97 EX and I used a chipped ECU and OBDI adapter so I thought the wiring was very simple. However I would have to assume that a OBD II GSR harness would probably be the best if we could pick any one we wanted, cause that would even have the butterfly wiring and of course the VTEC.
Where is my best source for a used engine harness?
Where is my best source for a chipped ECU to run a OBD I H22.
-Thanks
Charles
