Changing wiring harness

Guys I got a 1996 b20b and I am trying to install it in my 1990 civic hatch I need to know what wiring harness I need to get

It is really up to you and it depends on which ecu you plan on using. I would recommend using a chipped p28 and since that is obd1, a 92-95 civic harness would be the best harness to use, otherwise depending on which harness and ecu combo you use, you would have a acquire a conversion harness as well.

You will notice that some sensors on the obd2 engine will not be required, such as the knock sensor and the crank position sensor.

I have one out of an Acura ls integera and its obd 1 but what I am not understanding is I have a dual point harness so how would I get the obd 1 harness to work in my car

Use the harness that came with the car, and modify it for multi point and obd1.
